LASER ENGRAVING MACHINE SOFTWARE:
No computer needed, the Laser Engraver Software, powered by Linux, is built-into the MarkTech 100i Portable Handheld Laser Engraver. Using the onboard Touchscreen allows the user to pre-configure customized Laser Marking and Laser Engraving jobs. Industrial Laser Marking could not be easier.
HANDHELD LASER ENGRAVER OPERATION:
Put on your Laser Safety Glasses for Eye Protection
Next, Simply place the protective Orange Cone of the MarkTech 100i against the surface to be Laser Marked. The Red Beam positioning rectangle will outline the area about to be marked.
Finally, press the Trigger-Button on the Handheld Grip, Laser Engraving starts to be processed.
**The built-in touchscreen is the Laser Controller Software embedded on the MarkTech 100i Portable Fiber Laser Marking Machine. The Operator can search and select through the pre-stored Laser Marking layouts designed and configured for the surface being marked. Once the marking job is selected the operator can preview the selected layout, before it is printed/etched onto the surface.
NO CONSUMABLES FOR LASER MARKING AND ENGRAVING:
There are no consumables required for this portable laser engraver. Unlike Handheld Inkjet Printers, the MarkTech 100i Portable Metal Laser Engraver does not need any inks or solvents to produce the markings.
