OrdioX eco vs. Marsh Unicorn Printers

The OrdioX eco Coding Printers from RNMark are inkjet code printers that will print directly on products, corrugated cartons and boxes, bags or extrusions, simply and quickly. Using the included RNSoft Label Designer Software, easily configure and Download the Print-Messages for Inkjet Coding and Marking of Lot numbers, Expiry date and Production Date, time stamps and any Text, this inkjet printer device can also print product graphics and has resident fonts for 1D barcodes and also 2D Codes such as QR Code Printer and DataMatrix.

The OrdioX eco provides an High-Tech alternative to the out-dated Marsh Unicorn dot matrix printer from VideoJet. With it's robust High Resolution output and a standard Print-Height of .75 / 18mm, you can perform both Case Carton Coding aas well as Case Decoration with this Coding Printer.

SOFTWARE:

The RNSoft Label Designer and Print Software is included. Pre-configure up to (100) customized imprints, and save to the USB Flash Drive, and then import into the printer for printing.

PRINT OPERATION:

Mount the OrdioX eco Coding Printers to your Case Sealer, Box Taper or Automatic Belt Conveyor, with the included bracketry (includes bracketry for Side/Horizontal printing only). 

The printer has a built-in PhotoCell (Print-Go Trigger) that is designed to detect the product surface of the carton to be printed. Upon the user configurable Print-Delay being reached inkjet printing will occur automatically.

This printer must be pre-configured to the line speed of the conveyor, if using a fixed speed conveyor.

**Choose the Optional Shaft Encoder for when variable Line speeds are involved and when printing Barcodes.

NOTE: The on-board LCD Display and Buttons of the OrdioX eco allows user to search and select through the up to (100) pre-stored imprints. Requires the user to locate the message-name of the previously configured imprint, to select it for printing.

INKJET CARTRIDGES:

• Ink Colors Available: Black, White, Red
• Ink Colors / Cartridges are Interchangeable, with Flushing Fluids
• The Solvent based inks from RNMark are able to print on Non-Porous surfaces including, metal, plastic and glass
• Print on any absorbent surface, with the use of the standard ink cartridge.
