Inkjet Printing on Bottles with iJET Inkjet Coder
The iJET Coder is an Inkjet Coder that directly prints on products, corrugated boxes, bags or documents, simply and quickly. Easily configure the iJET Coder for Inkjet Coding and Marking to perform Lot Number Printing, as an Date Code Printer for Expiry date and Production Date, time stamps and any Text, this inkjet printer device can also print product graphics and has resident fonts for 1D barcodes and also 2D Codes such as QR Code Printer and DataMatrix. Solvent inks, perform very well when printing on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal and plastic, or glass. The iJET Inkjet Coder TIJ is robust with features, handy and easy to operate and configure for inkjet printing. It comes complete with its own software built into this Inkjet Coder Printer.
SOFTWARE:
No computer needed, the Software is built-into this Inkjet Coder, using the onboard Touchscreen allows the user to pre-configure customized imprints.
Optional Upgrades:
- the optional Custom Spreadsheet Import Utility to import a list of data with many, unique Part/SKU Number(s).
PRINT OPERATION:
Mount the iJET Inkjet Coder to your Conveyor Belt System, with the included bracketry (includes bracketry for Side/Horizontal inkjet printing and Top/Down inkjet printing).
The printer has a built-in PhotoCell (Print-Go Trigger) that is designed to detect the product surface to be printed. Upon the user configurable Print-Delay being reached inkjet printing will occur automatically.
**Call us to discuss the Optional External Product Sensors available for surfaces that are clear or that have very shiny surfaces.
This printer must be pre-configured to the line speed of the inkjet coding conveyor, if using a fixed speed conveyor.
**Choose the Optional Shaft Encoder for when variable Line speeds are involved and when printing Barcodes.
NOTE: The on-board touchscreen of the iJET Coder allows user to search and select through the pre-stored imprints, allowing the user to effortlessly select and preview the selected imprint, before it is selected for printing.
INKJET CARTRIDGES:
- Ink Colors Available: Black, White, Yellow, Red, Blue
- Ink Colors / Cartridges are Interchangeable
- The Solvent based inks for the iJET Coder are able to print on Non-Porous surfaces including, metal, plastic and glass
- Print on any absorbent surface, with the use of the standard ink cartridge.
