LabelMate Stainless Steel LABEL DISPENSER OPERATION:
The LD-100-RS-SS Label Dispenser Automatically presents the peeled label at the front of the machine. As you pick up a label the next label is immediately advanced. Convenient for both left-handed or right-handed operators.
Optional Upgrades for LabelMate LD-100-RS-SS Stainless Steel Label Dispenser:
- FLANGES-LD - Set of two Aluminum Guide Flanges. Suggessted for use with narrow labels that may hand a tendancy to telescope of fall off the core. *Cannot be used with TSN,LD-6
- LRB-12 - Extension Bracket for use on LD-100-RS models Provides ability to load label rolls up to 12.00" in Diameter. *Cannot be used with LD-200, nor the Stainless Models.
- LDC-1 - Digital Counter (Factory Installed) Counts Labels as they are dispensed. *Cannot be used with LD-100-6
- TSN,LD-6 - Tensoning Shaft Assembly for label supply rol (3" Diameter Cores). Provides Tension Control between label roll and label dispense point.
- LD-ES - External Trigger Start Feature (Factory Installed). Allows an external command signal to be sent to the Label Dispenser to trigger it to dispense the next label.
- BP-LD - Battery Pack and Charger. Makes the Label Dispenser mobile by elminating the need to pulg it into wall power. Battery Life of approx. 10-12 Hours.
- SHAFT-1", LD - Supply Shaft Upgrade to 1.00" Diameter Shaft. Can be implemented on all Label Dispensers. Includes two Guide Flanges.
