RUST CLEANING LASER SOFTWARE:
No computer needed, the Rust Cleaning Laser Software, is built-into the CleanLaser 100 Machine. The onboard Touchscreen allows the user to pre-configure and adjust Laser Cleaning power and intensity of the spiral-waves that removes the rust layer. Industrial Laser Cleaning could not be easier.
OPERATION OF THE HANDHELD LASER RUST REMOVAL GUN:
Put on your Laser Safety Glasses for Eye Protection.
Next, hold in your hands the Rust Removing Laser Gun and simply point the Laser Beam onto the metal surface to be cleaned.
Finally, press the Trigger-Button on the Handheld Laser Gun Grip, the Laser Cleaning starts to be processed as the rust layer undergoes Laser Sublimation, which vaporizes only the top layer of rust, therby leaving the metal underneath unharmed.
The Operator continues to move the Laser Cleaning Beam across the entire surface area of the metal being cleaned.
NO CONSUMABLES, VERY LITTLE WASTE FROM RUST REMOVING LASERS:
Environmentally Friendly, the Rust Removing Laser does not require consumables such as sand blasting sand or chemicals. Industrial Laser Cleaning does not produce any greenhouse emissions and does not leave behind any waste because the contaminted surface layer is vaporized. Also, while Safety Glasses are always recommended. Full PPE garments, such as ventilated abrasive blasting respirator Helments and Face Shields are not neccessary when performing Laser Cleaning.
